Rinova is a physician-founded revenue cycle management company created from direct experience with the complexity, cost, and delay of medical billing. We build AI Agents that help healthcare organizations move routine work faster while keeping people in control of the cases that require judgment.

Why Rinova began

Our founders encountered the same billing friction in their own practice that they heard about from the healthcare clients supported by our remote staffing sister company, Edge. Teams were spending too much time moving information between systems, checking portals, correcting preventable issues, and waiting to understand what happened to a claim.

Rinova was created to solve those operational problems at the workflow level. Instead of asking healthcare organizations to replace their systems or accept a generic process, we configure AI Agents around the way each organization already works.

The result is a practical model: automate repeatable work, keep a clear record of every action, and direct the exceptions to experienced staff.
